Return 

Advanced Wilderness warranties that all parts have been inspected and in good condition when leaving our shop. 

Advanced Wilderness cannot accept the return of any items customized for installation including cutting, drilling or any other modifications. Ensure the product purchased suits your requirements before undertaking any assembly work.

If, for any reason there is an issue with your purchase, you may return your unused product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. If for whatever reason the item you purchased was in error, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee depending on the product.

You can expect a refund on your credit card within 7 to 14 business days following the reception and inspection of your returned item (it may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement).

You are responsible for all fees associated with the return of your product(s). The method of shipping is your choice.
